Our Cardiologist Created Program
Genes aren’t destiny. In fact, 80% of heart disease is preventable
How It Works
Initial Heart Health Appointment
Schedule your initial consultation with Dr. Harkin either in person in our San Francisco office or virtually. Over the course of 50 minutes, she will perform a comprehensive assessment of your medical history, family history, risk factors for heart disease, lifestyle, nutrition, exercise habits, medications, and goals. She will also review any relevant prior testing. At that time, Dr. Harkin will make recommendations for further specialized testing to better assess your heart health.
Personalized Cardiology Plan
Dr. Harkin will review all of your results with you in-depth and answer all of your questions. Based on your initial interview and subsequent testing, she will then provide an individually tailored plan including medication optimization and lifestyle recommendations. Schedule as many follow-up appointments as you need to further fine tune your plan, track your progress, and maintain focus
